® Home | About The ProSquad | Public Information
We require that our members adhere to a high degree of ethical and professional conduct and take all complaints seriously.

We have a membership committee that evaluates all listed service providers before acceptance.

We use a variety of methods to evaluate new members for trustworthiness and competence. Where able, we make inquiries of a state's consumer protection division of a provider's good standing and they must be insured and licensed (where applicable) as well as having verified technical competence.
This service locator is a public service of NISC-T and www.costofservice.com. Free to use and free to be listed.

Be cautious of service referral sites for consumer repair. Just because they have names like "appliance pros" or "tv repairman" in their website's name or come up in search engines, does not mean that they are members of the professional service provider industry and may allow anyone to be listed for a fee, similar to the old yellow pages.

Also, we recommend you avoid ANY referral web site that asks for a fee from you.

We are looking for you every bit as hard as you are looking for us!

Why pay for it?
If you are in need of service, and there is not a ProSquad member in your area, please try one of the locators at the right. The ProSquad considers them trustworthy.

They are free of fees and many of our members are also listed with them.
